- Technicians Training
- All W.C. Sales Pty Ltd technicians are provided with the necessary supervision, resourses, equipment and training to safely carry out project works in all facets of the company's scope of works. All employees have successfully passed the Working at Heights Falls Prevention training course and completed the construction industry red card training course
- Personal Injuries and Accidents Procedures
- All accidents, regardless of their severity, must be reported directly to site management and the W.C. Sales Pty Ltd site manager and recorded in the company register for injuries and treatment log book.
- Job Safety Analysis
- All W.C. Sales Pty Ltd service technicians are compelled to complete a full JSA, which is to be submitted to site management prior to the commencement of any works on any site. Also they are expected to be proactive in identifying potential hazards in the workplace and it is paramount that they are documented and notified directly to site management.
